Does the hair dryer have an overheating function? Yes, our hair dryers are equipped with an intelligent temperature control system and overheat protection, automatically adjusting the power at high temperatures to avoid overheating, which could damage hair and pose a safety hazard.

What hair types are hair dryers suitable for?

Our hair dryers offer high power and powerful wind speed, making them suitable for a variety of hair types:

  • Thick or coarse hair needs quick, tangle-free drying
  • Fine hair needs medium to low temperatures for protection
  • Daily styling or quick drying needs

What are the differences between combs?

  • Regular combs: Suitable for daily hair combing and detangling, and for basic combing on wet or dry hair, but with limited smoothing and scalp conditioning.
  • Wooden combs: Made of natural wood or anti-static material, with rounded teeth, they smooth hair while gently massaging the scalp, reducing static and frizz. They are suitable for dry hair and daily scalp care.
  • Straightening combs: Suitable for quickly smoothing frizz or slightly straightening hair. Always make sure your hair is dry or slightly damp before use and use with a heat protectant. Frequent, gentle combing at low temperatures can minimize heat damage.

Can I use a comb on wet hair?

Regular combs: You can use it on wet hair, but be gentle and start from the ends.

Wooden combs: Wet hair is recommended for use on dry or dry hair. When using wet hair, start from the ends and work your way up to detangle any tangles to avoid breaking hair.

Straightening combs: Use only on dry hair or slightly damp hair as directed. Wet hair can be damaged by the high temperature and is not recommended for direct use.

How should I clean my comb?

It's recommended to clean any remaining hair from the comb after each combing session.

Wooden combs: Rinse regularly with warm water and a small amount of neutral detergent. After rinsing, let it air dry in a well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight or high-temperature tumble drying. Natural wooden combs can occasionally be treated with a small amount of natural oil to maintain their shine.

Straightening combs: After the comb has cooled, wipe the surface and teeth with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use sharp objects to remove burn marks. If damaged, discontinue use.

Does my hair dryer have a cool air setting?

Yes, some of our hair dryers do. (Please refer to the product details for details.)

Cool air mode:

  • Helps hold your hair and maintain its natural shine.
  • Reduces heat damage to the hair cuticle, reducing frizz.

How can I minimize hair dryer damage?

First, gently press with a towel to absorb excess moisture; do not rub vigorously.

Adjust to a medium or cool air setting and avoid prolonged, high-temperature exposure at the roots.

When blow-drying, hold the nozzle about 20 cm from your hair and dry your roots in sections before moving on to the ends.

Use a heat protectant spray or serum as needed.

Why do static and frizz occur?

Common causes: Damaged hair cuticles, lack of moisture, or dry conditions.

Suggestions for improvement:

  • Use an anti-static comb (such as a wooden or sandalwood comb) and be gentle when combing to minimize pulling.
  • Regularly use a conditioner or hair mask for deep nourishment to maintain moisture and elasticity.
  • Avoid prolonged, high-temperature blow-drying or frequent use of a straightening brush. Use a heat protectant if necessary.

How can I care for my scalp on a daily basis?

Gently comb your hair with a wooden comb while massaging your scalp for about 3–5 minutes each time to promote blood circulation.

Control your shampooing frequency: generally every 2–3 days, or more frequently for oily scalps.

Use gentle shampoo and conditioner products to avoid over-cleansing your scalp.

Maintain a regular sleep schedule and a balanced diet.
