Delivery Overview

Free Shipping: All Cmychat orders receive free standard shipping.

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically shipped within 7–14 days of order placement, but actual delivery time is subject to logistics conditions.



Order Processing and Shipping

Once your order information and payment are confirmed, we will immediately process your order. The processing time is generally 1–2 business days.

Delivery time may be extended due to the following circumstances:

  • Inventory shortages or peak order volume;
  • Force majeure factors such as natural disasters and logistics delays.

In the event of any delays, we will promptly notify you of the latest status via email or in-app messaging.



Delivery Methods and Scope

We primarily use reliable courier services for delivery, with carrier selection based on the destination and package size. All orders are eligible for standard shipping by default.

Shipping Notifications and Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the order number, carrier name, and tracking number.

You can also check the shipping status in real time by logging into your order page.

If you do not receive the shipping email, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.



Tariff Information

For international shipments, import duties, VAT, or other customs fees may apply. These are generally the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

We strive to accurately declare product information, but the determination and final amount of customs duties and taxes will depend on the regulations of the destination country.



Notes on Receiving and Signing for Delivery

Upon receipt, please inspect the package for completeness. If you notice severe packaging damage or missing/damaged items, please take photos in the presence of the courier and refuse to sign for the package. Alternatively, indicate "External packaging damaged, item in question" on the delivery receipt. Please send the photos and details to contact@cmychat.com as soon as possible, and we will assist you with your claim and any subsequent matters.

If you authorize someone else to sign for the package on your behalf, it will be deemed as your acceptance of the package. However, signing on behalf of someone else may result in your ineligibility for compensation for certain issues. Please exercise caution when authorizing such authorization.
